Inertial Labs TAA-340 High-Precision 3-Axis MEMS Accelerometer
The TAA-340 3-axis accelerometer from Inertial Labs is a fully integrated inertial sensor that combines the latest MEMS sensor technologies and can measure accelerations in ±40g measurement range (±8g and ±15g versions also available).
Description
Overview
The TAA-340 3-axis accelerometer is part of the series of third-generation MEMS accelerometers from Inertial Labs, now released in a stand-alone design. These products are revolutionary, compact, self-contained, strapdown, navigation-grade accelerometers that measure linear accelerations with high precision due to their unique design. When measured by any of the TAA series of accelerometers, accelerations are determined with low noise and very good repeatability for both motionless and dynamic applications.
Fully calibrated, temperature compensated, mathematically aligned to an orthogonal coordinate system, the TAA series of MEMS accelerometer’s Bias in-run stability is up to 0.005 mg at ±8g dynamic range with very low noise and high reliability.
Continuous Built-in Test (BIT), configurable communications protocols and flexible input power requirements make the TAA series of MEMS accelerometers easy to use in a wide range of higher order integrated system applications.
