Description
Overview
The Trimble BD970 GNSS receiver module is a compact, low power GNSS receiver that delivers cm accuracy for numerous applications and supports a wide range of satellite signals. The BD970 is a multi-constellation receiver that supports BeiDou B1 and B2, GLONASS L1/L2 and GPS L2C and L5 satellite signals. The unit is also capable of tracking Galileo signals for testing and evaluation.
Professionals use the BD970 GNSS embedded positioning technology at the core of precision applications as it provides trouble-free operation and long-term future-proofing. The unit also provides dramatically improved RTK initialization, proven tracking technology and on-board multipath mitigation.
The Trimble BD970 was designed to make integration easy with Ethernet connectivity incorporated on the board. This allows high speed configuration and data transfer, by simply using standard web browsers. CAN, RS232 and USB ports are also available. Software commands are used to reduce development times and simplify integration. Software features can be upgraded to allow increased functionality as requirements change.
The compact form factor can be used in applications where lightweight is required.

Trimble offers a warranty of 1 year warranty on all of it’s products, unless otherwise specified. The warranty ensures that the products are substantially free from defects in materials and workmanship and conform to Trimble’s publicly available specifications for a period on 12 months after the date of purchase.
